Technical officer - Dialog Axiata PLC (2025)

 


Responsibilities : 

  • Provide second level technical support for enterprise customer complaints
  • Advances troubleshooting on network connectivity related complaints
  • Troubleshoots with Access systems, CPEs and Routers/Firewalls associated with Enterprise Solutions
  • Follow up with internal teams and customer to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Escalate issue with support vendors and follow up resolution
  • Perform software upgrades, patch upgrades an firmware upgrades when necessary
  • Evaluate enterprise customer solutions to assess the quality, performance and identify preventive maintenance action is needed to provide an enhanced service to the corporate customer
  • Manage configurations and settings on customer end equipment used for corporate solutions to enforce that they are meeting the highest standard of requirement
  • Follow and enforce it security guidelines during troubleshooting process
  • Ensure information security best practices are followed

Qualifications
  • Should possess NVQ level 5/ IVQ level 5 qualification.
  • City and Guilds Advanced Diploma / HNDE / N DT / NDES / Diploma in Technology (OUSL) /Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications.
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in the required field (Telecommunications/ Electronics/ Electrical)
  • Hands on experience in Analytical Skills, Communication skills and customer handling
  • Proficiency in Cisco, Huawei Routers, Voice GAN and Firewall related equipment would be an added advantage
