Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal, administrative and executive support, whilst maintaining confidentiality and ensure all processes are handled in a timely and orderly mammr.
  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries for new sales.
  • Obtaining customer feedback after the services.
  • Prepare monthly reports which connect to Marketing / Operations.
  • Handling the company main telephone line and active involvement for customer service

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field./Any professional qualification in a related field
  • Good command of written and spoken English language with computer literacy.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in customer care / Sales or Personal Assistant role
