Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal, administrative and executive support, whilst maintaining confidentiality and ensure all processes are handled in a timely and orderly mammr.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries for new sales.
- Obtaining customer feedback after the services.
- Prepare monthly reports which connect to Marketing / Operations.
- Handling the company main telephone line and active involvement for customer service
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field./Any professional qualification in a related field
- Good command of written and spoken English language with computer literacy.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- At least 2 years experience in customer care / Sales or Personal Assistant role
