Specific Duties:
- Provide regular technical support services to clients for the Rajida Banking System by online and visiting their premises
- Regularly updates customers' software systems and supplementary features and trains their staff
- Respond promptly to and resolve reported customer technical issues
Qualifications and Requirements
- Technically sound in computer hardware, operating systems and MS Office package.
- Good accounting knowledge (A/L or relevant qualification)
- Years experience in relevant field
- Having your own mode of transport (motorbike preferred)
