Specific Duties:

• Provide regular technical support services to clients for the Rajida Banking System by online and visiting their premises
• Regularly updates customers' software systems and supplementary features and trains their staff
• Respond promptly to and resolve reported customer technical issues

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technically sound in computer hardware, operating systems and MS Office package.
• Good accounting knowledge (A/L or relevant qualification)
• Years experience in relevant field
• Having your own mode of transport (motorbike preferred)
