 Key Responsibilities

  • Updating CRM system with customer information, feedback and site repairs notified by the technical staff during site visits/jobs.
  • Entering data into the SAP/HRMS System.
  • Prepare internal reports to be submitted to the principals.
  • Create MRN and jobs through the SAP system.
  • Assisting operations executive/service advisor on day to day work such as job sheet collecting, checking job sheet availability as per the schedule, HRMS updating etc.
  • Stock maintaining, preparing orders and placing orders for office consumables for the service department.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
  • Well organized a ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • English proficiency and IT Literacy.
  • KnowLedge of Microsoft office package.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Passed G.C.E A/L.
  • Minimum 1 year experience.
