Key Responsibilities
- Updating CRM system with customer information, feedback and site repairs notified by the technical staff during site visits/jobs.
- Entering data into the SAP/HRMS System.
- Prepare internal reports to be submitted to the principals.
- Create MRN and jobs through the SAP system.
- Assisting operations executive/service advisor on day to day work such as job sheet collecting, checking job sheet availability as per the schedule, HRMS updating etc.
- Stock maintaining, preparing orders and placing orders for office consumables for the service department.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Well organized a ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem solving skills.
- English proficiency and IT Literacy.
- KnowLedge of Microsoft office package.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Passed G.C.E A/L.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
