JOB ROLE

• Be a dynamic team player and process excellent leadership skills to drive the team to achieve overall branch objectives.
• Ensure high-quality lending portfolio is maintained and sustained.
• Accountable and responsible for the achievement of all KPIs assigned to the branch.
• Be the catalyst of the branch and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained and sustained.

PROFILE 

• G.C.E.( A/L) Examination with 3 passes with 3-5 years experience in Executive/Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Capacity in the Banking & Finance industry OR
• G.C.E.(O/L) Examination with 4-6 years experience in Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Capacity in the Banking & Finance industry industry.
• Degree or Part qualification in relevant discipline in an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and pleasing personality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

AGE 

• Below 45 years
